Bikini Season Is Here!

Bikini Season…Are you ready?


What are you ladies doing to get yourself ready for bikini season?


Going to the Gym, Wii fit or working with a personal trainer.


I am going to the gym at least three times a week, working on my abs, butt and legs.


I plan on having my body toned by June and I don't have long to go, so I'm going to push it because I want to be ready to fit in my new sexy swimsuit I'm taking on vacation in Miami. I can't wait.


Tips you can use to get ready.


1) Six pack Abs


2) Tight Butt


3) Sexy legs



Complete the workout three days a week, resting a day between each session. Do the exercises as a modified circuit, performing one set of each exercise in session, and resting 30 seconds between each move.


You want to make sure you stay on a diet. Have plenty fruits, vegetables and water.


Abs training should be fun. Try to mix it up and not let yourself do the same thing too often. This is always a big help on the road to getting a flatter tummy with better looking abs.
